MJC is led by Matt Cutlip, who has a unique perspective on FERC licensing and related statutory requirements that was obtained over a nearly 20-year tenure as an employee of FERC’s Division of Hydropower Licensing, Northwest Branch. From early relicensing planning and strategy development through license implementation and amendments, we leverage our unique regulatory insight to develop practical solutions and ensure efficient regulatory processes.
